Terms of Use

The practical rules for using Lorencia, its licenses, automation, dashboard, and remote Sentinel features.

Last updated: 31 July 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms apply when you download, install, activate, access, purchase, or use Lorencia. When these Terms are presented as part of a license activation or purchase, you must accept the version shown before completing that action. Your order, plan description, and the policies linked from these Terms form part of the agreement.

“Lorencia”, “we”, and “us” mean the operator identified in your order or license correspondence.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Lorencia for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for them.

Mandatory rights remain yours. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer, privacy, warranty, or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Your software license

While your license is valid and subject to these Terms, Lorencia gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the software and included services on the licensed devices and within the features, tiers, and number of Sentinels included in your license.

You may use a license only on PCs you own or legitimately control for your own use. Unless your plan expressly allows it, you may not share a license with another person, connect friends' or customers' PCs, provide Lorencia as a managed service, or use one subscription to provide automation for third parties.

You may not resell or redistribute Lorencia, share or publish license credentials, bypass license or feature controls, copy or modify the software, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it to attack or disrupt another system, or present Lorencia as your own product.

Lorencia, its interface, code, documentation, and branding are owned by the operator or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Your game accounts, game data, and third-party software remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use Lorencia only on devices, accounts, networks, and game servers you are authorised to use.
  • Follow the rules of the game and each server. Automation may be restricted by a server even when the software can technically perform it.
  • Keep Windows, the game, Lorencia, your credentials, and your devices secure and backed up where appropriate.
  • Check account names, character slots, Game Server, resolutions, Parties, and selected actions before running automation.
  • Supervise initial runs and stop an automation with Esc if the game behaves unexpectedly.

You are responsible for actions sent to your game accounts and for losses caused by incorrect configuration, compromised devices, unsupported modifications, or use contrary to a server's rules.

4. Features, updates, and subscriptions

Your available features are determined by the active license shown in Lorencia. Feature descriptions and plan limits published at purchase form part of your order. Temporary or test access does not create a permanent commercial entitlement.

We may update Lorencia to add features, fix defects, maintain compatibility, improve security, or retire unsafe and obsolete behaviour. A current version may be required for connected services, the dashboard, licensing, or Sentinel features to continue working.

For a recurring paid plan, charges renew for the period shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, your order, and mandatory law.

Any price change applies only to a future renewal after reasonable notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation. Game updates, server changes, connectivity, Windows security controls, third-party outages, or hardware limitations may interrupt or reduce functionality.

5. Third-party games and services

Lorencia is an independent automation and management tool. It is not MU Online, Webzen, or a game-server operator, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied unless explicitly stated.

Third parties control the game client, servers, rules, accounts, availability, and enforcement. We cannot guarantee that a server will remain compatible or permit every automation feature. Support for a Game Server may change when compatibility, safety, or authorisation changes.

Optional third-party features and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, license misuse, a security incident, unlawful conduct, material breach, harm to other users or services, or a third-party authorisation problem. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a path to correct it.

You may stop using Lorencia at any time. Removing the application does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription. Paid features end when the applicable license or plan ends.

7. Warranty and liability

Lorencia is supplied with reasonable care and skill, but automation depends on changing visual interfaces, network conditions, device performance, and third-party systems. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the software is provided without a promise that every action will always succeed or that it will be error-free or continuously available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of game progress or virtual items, account sanctions imposed by a third party, lost profits, or loss caused by unauthorised or misconfigured use. Any aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lorencia during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Those limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies.

8. Governing law, changes, and contact

The operator and governing law are identified in your order or license correspondence. Mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live may still apply. Disputes should first be raised through Support so both sides can try to resolve them promptly.

If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, product, or operational reasons. Material changes apply prospectively, will be identified by a new version date, and will be communicated through the site, application, purchase account, or established support channel where required.
