1. How to cancel
You can cancel a recurring Lorencia plan through the billing account or customer portal made available with the purchase, or through the billing route on Support. Before self-service billing opens, use the same private channel that supplied your license.
Provide enough information to identify the subscription without sending a password, full license key, or card details. We may verify control of the license or billing account.
2. When cancellation takes effect
After you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew again.
Cancellation is not automatically a refund of the current or earlier billing period. If you believe a refund is due, read the Refund Policy and make a billing request.
3. What happens to access and local data
When the paid period ends and the license is not renewed, some Lorencia features may become unavailable. Your saved account settings remain on your PC.
Uninstalling Lorencia, deleting a Sentinel, turning off a PC, or no longer using the application does not cancel a subscription by itself.
4. Downgrades, number of Sentinels, and plan changes
A downgrade or reduction in the number of Sentinels normally applies at the next renewal so already-paid access continues for the current period. An upgrade or additional Sentinel may take effect sooner if you approve the price shown by the future billing flow.
The exact effective date, amount, currency, tax, and any prorated adjustment must be shown before you confirm a paid change.
5. If cancellation does not work
Contact Support as soon as possible with the time you attempted to cancel, the purchase reference, and a screenshot that does not show payment details or your full license key. We will compare it with billing-provider records and correct an erroneous renewal or access state where required.
